We ship your order within 1–2 business days.
Delivery times are generally 4–7 business days, as we currently ship from our international warehouse within Europe.
This is because we are expanding Norrdiva as a global brand – and shipping no longer exclusively takes place from Scandinavia.
You will always receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the product, provided that:
- the product is unused
- it is in its unopened original packaging
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
How to make a return

indicating your order number and reason for return - We will send you a return form via email
→ fill it out and include it in the package - Send the return with trackable shipping
→ send us the tracking number via email
Once the return is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 1–3 business days via the original payment method.
Important
Returns without prior notification will not be accepted.
Return Address & Costs
The return address will be provided by our customer service.
- In case of withdrawal, the return cost is €19.90 (including any import costs)
- In case of a defective product or error, we cover the return costs
Unclaimed packages will be charged a fee of €29.90.
