Shipping
We dispatch your order within 1–2 business days.
Delivery usually takes 4–7 business days, as we currently ship from our international warehouse within Europe.
This is because we are growing Norrdiva into a global brand – and orders are no longer shipped exclusively from Scandinavia.
You will always receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, provided that:
- the product is unused
- it is in its original, unopened packaging
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
How to make a return
- Contact our customer service at:

with your order number and the reason for the return - We will email you a withdrawal form
→ fill it in and put it in the parcel - Send the return with tracked shipping
→ email us the tracking number
Once we have received and checked your return, your refund will be issued within 1–3 business days to your original payment method.
Important
Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.
Return address & costs
The return address will be provided by our customer service.
- If you cancel your purchase, the return cost is A$34.95 (including any import fees)
- If the product is faulty or we made a mistake, we cover the return costs
Parcels that are not collected will be charged a fee of A$49.95.
